Apple Unveils iPad

This is for all you die hard fans of everything Apple. Apple's CEO, Steve Jobs, has unveiled their new tablet computer called the iPad. Apple plans to make it available worldwide in March.

Just before 12 noon, the game shop at Sim Lim Square sent me an SMS informing me that the stocks of the Collector's Edition of Mass Effect 2 were in. So, during lunch, I literally rushed down to get it from the shop and rushed back since lunch time was only one hour.

Seems I picked up a mild case of sore eye in Bangkok on Saturday but didn't really know until today. Thought pain in my right eyeball was due to the dry air or heatiness.

Means no work for me from today until tomomrrow. =)

Yep. Going to Bangkok tomorrow. Way before the sun even rises because our flight is just when the sun rises. Which means, we have to check-in 2 hours in advance. Sigh...and its not for pleasure. Its a company event. *rolls eyes*

That Burnt Smell

Somebody in my block definitely failed at cooking. There is a strong smell of something that is badly burnt filling the house and my nostrils. It is irritating my nose and making me sneeze.

Came back from an intense and tiring basketball session this morning and only looking forward to a nice cold shower. Then I went into the toilet all ready to bathe. Somehow, I was so blur then I automatically reached for my toothbrush and applied toothpaste on it. It was at that point that I realized that I wanted to bathe and not brush my teeth!

Blur lah~!!!

A New Year

2009 is over and 2010 has arrived.

To some, if not all, people, it marks a brand new start. A fresh beginning. Maybe a "reset" if you will. Then they go about making new year resolutions as goals. I have never been one to make new year resolutions since I always fail to accomplish or keep them. So, like the year before this, I will not make any. Just live one day at a time and see what opportunities and other good stuff comes my way.

Already, a few good things are coming this year. Mass Effect 2 is set to be released on the 26th of Jan for both the PC and XBox 360. Iron Man 2 movie is set for a May release too. Starcraft 2:: Wings of Liberty is also going to be around this year though Blizzard has yet to announce an exact date. Super Street Fighter IV is also going to be released this year though Capcom has announced that it will be delayed.

Other than games and movies, another good thing is Chinese New Year. It falls on a Saturday and Sunday I think. Which means the following Monday and Tuesday are holidays, right? I have not studied the dates on which all the holidays fall on. Hoping there are more long weekends.

Anyway, here's wishing everyone a very Happy New Year.
